I'm writing about salmon fishing history in Norway. John Davie Morries Stirling was a salmon-fishing pioneer on Norway's West-Coast.

The Davie family were a family of goldsmiths/silversmiths in Edinburgh and Greenock and I am finding it hard to research any family in Edinburgh. Greenock history has been lost and again it is hard finding any family history, so if I could find some headstones in edinburgh that would be fantastic. Hoping to hear back from you soon Thank you for your help in this matter. Kindest regards Valerie Banton/Davie
