Catherine Helen Forrest msn Baird (1804-1873) is my 2x gr grandmother married to Thomas Forrest (1803-1867) She was born 6 Jan 1804 and baptised 28 Jan 1804 at Wemyss parish in Fife. Her father Michael Baird was a salter/hamcurer who moved his family from Wemyss to Pinkie Pans, Inveresk some time between 1804 and 1826 when Catherine married Thomas Forrest. In the 1871 census she was a widow living with her daughter Margaret Forrest 1840-1910 and son in law Peter Auld (1839-1882) I have her death record 16 Apr 1873 at 14 Janefield Pl Leith and her burial record, Record of Mortality, Edinburgh and Leith Cemetery company 19 Apr 1873. So I believe she is the Catherine Forrest at Greyfiars Cemetery.
