Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am researching death customs. I am also trying to obtain a photo of the lead flower wreath Queen Victoria sent for his funeral, as well as information on lead "everlasting flowers" and how they were used. I am also trying to trace the history and usage of funeral plumes. Haven't been able to find anything. Thank you. (I am in Wisconsin, USA, so maybe not much help I can give.) I also just read about the Swindon badgers (Wisconsin state animal) digging up graves. My brother-in-law's father (Waldron) is buried there. The little devils are vicious and hard to catch.

I would like to add it to an (as yet unpublished) account of his life which I am working on a website to devoted to men who fought in the Light Brigade in the Crimean war. I will of course give a link to your website as the source. Many thanksPhilip Boys
