GeneralThis is a vital resource. Thanks for all the work you do. Gravestones are a decaying resource through deterioration or development. Unless we preserve them they will be lost forever
Headstone of John ThorpeThanks so much for the image. I believe the John Thorpe named on the bottom of this headstone was the husband of my 3rd cousin Elizabeth Cowham Dobson from Whitby, who was the youngest daughter of Isaac Dobson who was a fisherman/lifeboatman & lost his life in the Whitby Lifeboat Disaster of 1861. The image is for my own use in family history research. Thanks for providing this excellent resource!
