John Hartley (1797-1839) is the father of Hannah Hartley Jackson (1830-1908) and her daughter Sarah Hartley Jackson is the mother of my Great-grandmother Hannah Bell Hawke (1888-1980). I knew Grandmother Hawke very well (I was 23 when she died). She immigrated to the US on the first ship to sail out of England after the sinking of the Titanic (Lusitania 1912 out of Liverpool).
