I am researching the William Archer and Charlotte Milum Archer family. I have a paper that says William had a sister Jennie Archer Goddard who was married to a Thomas Goddard in England. William and Charlotte Archer were born in England but we have no further information. I'm hoping this could be the Thomas Goddard referenced in the family papers.
