Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am trying to find info on a monument on a picture we found of my moms. The monument is quite large of an angle with two inscriptions on one side on the base that reads ( Mary daughter of Sarah Jane Kay and of the late Thomas Smith who fell asleep Feb.19th 1909.) On the bottom of the monument there was another tribute ( In Memory of Sarah Jane Kay widow of ? Abraham Kay. We are not sure of the name Abraham the picture is not clear. Any information would be greatly apprecated. The monument is quite large. The angle is quite large with large wings. I am new at trying to find out who my ancesters were. My Grandparents from England mirgated to Canada after the 1st world war. They never talked about their parents or what they left behide. There is a picture of an Angel monument along with the picture of a church with the name of ( New Road Congregational Church Founded 1792 Rebuilt 1885 )Is there a connection. I am new at trying to fine my ancesters. I have joined ancesterys.ca but you can only go so far.
