I am a direct descendent of the Marshall's and Dixon's from Blyth. Our branch of the Dixon's came to the Kurri Kurri coal mining area of Australia in 1908. Since the early 1990's my mother has been trying to establish the connections between the Dixon and Marshall families. Only in the last couple of months have I been able to find this information through ancestry. The photo will be a fascinating help to my research and a great piece to add to our family story.
