Researching Perring surname in South Devon for some 20 years - these are individuals who moved away from Devon. Another piece of an incredibly large jigsaw!!

I have been researching my family for some years. I had a break for a few years due to ill health and now, coming back into it find that there is much more information available which I would like to add to my research. I would be most grateful if you would accept my request. What a fabulous idea that I will see if it is wanted or needed in my area.

G.(George)Perring was the youngest brother of my maternal grandmother, Olive (Perring) Stokes, who was born in Lowestoft 1882. Her Perring parents were a Brixham, Devon, family but they, with most of their children, had moved permanently to Lowestoft, Suffolk by 1911. I am researching my family history primarily for the sake of my four children and 12 grandchildren. Since this George Perring was only 15 in the 1911 census (the last published) I could find no further information for him. This information has filled in a large part of the gap. Thank you for this web site. I would very much like an image of the grave monument, and would appreciate your sending it. I was lucky enough to find a war monument record for George's brother's descendant on a similar web site. Thanks again, Audrey Douglas, Toronto, Canada
