Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

Marion and Doris are my second cousins and Charles was my great uncle unfortunately I hadn't seen Doris or Marion for about 8 years due to personal circumstances only kept in contact with Christmas cards which eventually stopped then my daughter sent me a link to your site. Doris and Marion were exceptionally close having been born in the house that Doris lived in with their parents and Marion bought the house next door eventually. Also my great grandmother ended her days in Doris's house looked after by Doris and Marion's mother. Marion made curtains for Buckingham palace and was a wonderful seamstress. It would mean a lot to me to receive the image. With thanks Susanne
