Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am researching the history of Pennant Lodge, Queen's Park, Brighton and the people who lived there. Charles Kaye Freshfield leased the house, from 24th December 1853, from Thomas Attree, who lived in Attree Villa, Queen's Park, neighbouring Pennant Lodge. The lease was for 29 years and Charles was still leasing it in 1863, when Thomas Attree died. The house, along with Attree Villa and Queen's Park, were sold at auction in 1863 and at the time of writing, it has not been established when Charles Freshfield moved from Pennant Lodge. The purchaser at auction was George Duddell. 28 Aug 2015

I am researching Elizabeth Sims Freshfield and the stained glass window that was erected in her honour. Thanks.
