Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I live in Australia. My great x 4 grandmother was Margaret Campbell (born 3 May 1789 at Glentarf Farm), daughter of John and Catherine Campbell. Margaret married Peter Stalker and I believe Peter Stalker married Margaret Morison. I haven't any proof, but I also believe Peter Stalker is the son of Duncan Stalker. Duncan, son of Peter Stalker was a school teacher in Almondbank, a gardener in Dunkeld and a law clerk in Perth (he falsified a deed and was transported to Tasmania in 1844. His wife Grace (my gr x 3 g/m) died of tb the next year. Their 4 children, Peter, John, Margaret and Catherine were with various families. Peter with his grandmother Margaret in 1851 at a boarding house in 4 Killermont St in Glasgow, John and Margaret with people in Gask and Catherine with a family in Perth. In 1857 Duncan paid 48 pound in order for his children to emigrate - Peter stayed behind. The 1841 Census has Margaret Stalker nee Campbell at Westerton with 2 daughters and Peter (g/child). She dies in 1857 and is listed at Westerton. She was of independent means in 1841. I don't know what happened to Peter. I would love to receive some information on the Stalkers. I visited the Crieff area last year, a fellow by the name of Colin Mayall was most helpful (I had paid him to do some research), but couldn't say for sure that he had the correct Peter Stalker in regards to him marrying Margaret Morison. Thanking you. Cheers Gail
