Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am researching my husbands family tree. Mary Ann Halls may be his great-grandmother. I am particularly interested as to whether the grave is just her or also William Halls. Many Thanks

Mary Ann and William Halls are my possible Great Great Grandparents. The William Halls that I have been tracking was sent here to Sydney Australia in 1839 at the age of 18. He married Mary Ann Edy in 1848 at St.Johns in Parramatta. The names William and Mary Ann were very common back then. If they were buried back in Essex the next question will be, how did they get there. There may be something in this photo that may help to answer that question.
