Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am in Brisbane, Australia with no hope of getting to Tawstock, England. My grandfather was William Henry Thorne, who died in 1920, I understand. Until now I had always thought he died and was buried in Wimbledon, where his wife and my father lived. I would like this information so I can discuss this matter further with other parts of the family.
(requested on 19 11 2012)
William and Catherine gave my father, William T. Murch, born out of wedlock, a home. In 1901 he was registered as a border; by 1911 he had been adopted (legally or just in name?) Sadly I accidently erased the photos I took of this headstone and that of her children when I was last visiting my family in North Devon.
(requested on 01 11 2014)
Researching the Thorne side of my family tree. My second great grandfather was William Thorne
