Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am not a family member but I am researching a brass plate that was donated to Holy Trinity Church in Lambley, Nottingham. Nobody seems to know anything why it was given to the Church but I think I may have found a link to one of Christianas' sons, Herbert, he was living in Lambley on the 1911 Census. I have researched the family tree to come to this conclusion and, hopefully, at some stage will be able to display the family information with the plate in Church.
