William Gladstone Watson born 2 Sep 1893 at Deep Creek, Wakamarina is on my Watson family tree. I met his widow Edith Mary Maud nee Rasmussen (1902-1986), and school teacher son John Gladstone Watson (1924-2001), in the early 1980's living in Blenheim when I first started doing my father's family tree. William Gladstone Watson's father was Samuel Watson (1855-1934), my great grandmother Sarah Jane Watson's brother. William Gladstone Watson's mother was Charlotte Martha Berry (1856-1893) who was buried at the Deep Creek Cemetery.
