Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am trying to trace my family. I know my great grand father Job came to the united states from Ashwater. He was born there to Richard and Mary Weeks. Richard was born in 1776 and I believe died in Ashwater. They come from I believe William who was born sometime around 1746. From what I have found, William is believed by many people to be the son of George who I believe is mentioned in this monument. I think he is possibly too old, but I am not sure. I don't know if this monument may have any further clue to where I come from.
