Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

A son of William Kippen by the name of Alexander Kippen came to Queensland Australia about 1912 and married my mother's sister (Eliza Sutton). I would like the photo for my my family files. I couldn't believe my eyes when I turned up this site and found this headstone. I have researched this family in Crieff, Perthshire for some years. To me this is so exciting. This gravestone is of my great grandfather/mother and four of their children. The fifth child Alexander Kippen, my grandfather, immigrated to Australia after WWI. He died 1968 in Brisbane. I intend visiting Crief in June 2017 and paying my respects to his parents and siblings. Rod Kippen, Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia. Email rodneykippen@bigpond.com
